I had a friend in New Jersey who was also a insurance fraud investigator, I believe for one of the major US insurance carriers. He once drunkenly told me, "Arson is illegal, stupidity isn't. If you wanna burn your house down, clean your lawn mower in the bedroom with a lit cigar, and go take a piss." True? (Not literally of course, but figuratively speaking... True?)
