With the Scientology case, I kind of got the impression that the Committee threw some non-Scientologist editors under the bus to create the appearance of impartiality. There was certainly bad behavior on the 'anti' side, but in some cases it seemed like the Committee was stretching for the purpose of 'balance' (topic banning people who hadn't edited in years and whatnot). I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on that case.
