Thanks! That is a powerful way of looking at it. I used to live in North Brooklyn and am shocked by the L Train closing because of damage from Superstorm Sandy. I can't imagine how a dozen neighborhoods will deal without it! One reason I love the green new deal because it looks at both climate mitigation and what do we need to do to prepare communities for climate change that is already locked in. Thanks!
