Are there any projects you've considered and/or tried that just won't work for citizen science?

I get to participate in "Roadkill Zoo" whenever I drive so I'm pretty desensitized to squished animals (please note, I'm not the one doing the squishing if I can help it!). I think you could definitely make this work.
