Not currently at Boeing. At the time, hopefully not true... System suffers from too much tribal knowledge, and to learn how a particular thing works, you have to first find the person that knows it. Difficult to then transmit your knowledge to others because there is no system for distributing what you know internally. SpaceX and others are great for the industry. Do you also suffer from Union 'touch labor' rules? Private will never have that. It's good to have a people like SpaceX specialize in just one thing. It brings focus.

Mr. Sheridan, I want to thank you for all your work with NIN. There's many bands I like, but NIN has always been in its own category. Beyond the music, the cultural aspects of Trent's management styles, and artwork, etc, make it all an inclusive package. It's been a safe place where I know there are other people that have the same feelings I face, and through NIN's existence, I don't feel so alone. Thank you.
