That looks like one of Steve Haworth's magnets! I originally had two of the first generation magnets implanted myself, both of which had to come out (one rejected, one I broke the silicone casing on). I had one more of the finalized design put back into the ring finger on my right hand, and I love mine. Cheers brother!

Sounds about right, I can barely get a bottle cap up with mine. Else, large paper clips, small screws, etc.

As I'm reading through your answers, it makes me want to spend more time on subways to get close to their motors. I think my favorite moment with mine thus far was a particular set of those anti-theft RFID detectors at the front of a bookstore here in Phoenix, which puts out a constant oscillating magnetic field. Makes the magnet vibrate, and it's awesome!

I can confirm this, even as an American. I've been to Iceland three times already and have had the whale every time. It's delicious as fuck. Can't wait to eat more when I'm back there in November.

I love you too. <3

Haa, you can't ever get rid of me. The only way I'm aware of to remove the magnetic properties of metal is to melt it. Else the particles are aligned to a fixed polarity it's magnetism is fixed.
