I think the issue with the blood test is that I could smoke marijuana for a week straight, not smoke at all for two weeks straight, get in my car, and be pulled over and arrested for DUI when in fact I was not impaired in any way.

Just something I think ought to be looked at and I hope you feel the same.

Also FWIW I have never smoked marijuana so I do not know from firsthand experience if any impairment could potentially last two weeks.
