Isn't it terrible that every endorsement for medical marijuana needs to be prefaced with something like "I dont want to sound like the type of guy who blows bong hits into my kids faces to help their allergies, but I smoke for sound sleep and it helps me".

When does considering someones gender during the hiring process go from discrimination to equal opportunity?
