Has anyone on the team played Kerbal Space Program? The computer game has reinvigorated my interest in space and space science.

Also, after playing, I started hearing more of the science in the conversations in movies like The Martian.

What do you think of mass media and the depictions of NASA?

Do you have any advice for teaching a 16-year-old how to drive? She's swearing that she's doing fine, because she hasn't hit anything yet. She's also telling us that we're teaching her wrong.

I have always dreamt about quitting my job for a year and trying to write a game. I thought that having $100k USD would be enough money to start out.

Is that even close?

Being a coder, I never thought about hiring other people, but it seems like they might be a support structure when things get tough, or someone you can bounce ideas off of (instead of just an additional expense). I thought it would be a lot to ask one of my friends to risk, though...
