It’s odd how the top comments are criticisms of the ACA, go unanswered, and yet OP’s initial post gets such a high upvote percentage. What’s going on in this thread?

If you're looking for southern areas to visit, try and look for Testical Festivals. They're nuts. And they're pretty crazy, too.
