I posted on other thread but curious about Kinley's motivational speeches...can you tell us more?

Will the Youth Cup continue in AC45s or similar for AC35? Will the process get easier for youth to get involved? Will this get added in so other defenders keep this part of the program going?

What about the starts? Do you like the reaching starts better than conventional?
