Are we going to see more utility from the traffic management aspect?

Will we see more street scape options like bike racks, benches, rubbish bins, parking meters, flower planets, things that make streets look modern and contemporary?

What about elevated trains such as EL trains ala Chicago? Trams? Modern high speed rail?

Also death care seems very over engineered. That seems like it should be a private enterprise more so than a civic responsibility of the governing body?

I know there's tons of mods for buildings. I however, prefer developer designed content rather adding a bunch of mods and files. Can we get like a DLC pack for a few hundreds buildings?
