Scarier than the worlds scariest rollercoaster. And people crossing through the middle it. Its disorganised insanity.

I went to a place in downtown cairo with some friends, cant remember the name, the kofte and lamb would literally melt-in-your-mouth and the spicey salads made your head explode. Went with some local friends, wasn't a tourist place, was open air down a side street with cats all around your feet. Food blew my mind. Great experience. Loved Cairo and Egyptian people.

Thought I was really not gonna like the food in Cairo.
