I'm not OP obviously but I also have Alopecia Universalis and yes, everywhere. No eyelashes or eyebrows which is a constant pain, you don't realize how much they do until they're gone. And I don't mean thin or with some peach fuzz that you would still have if you overplucked or something. Zero hair. Nose hair also became a problem for me as in winter it is so dry, and nose hair helps hold some moisture but when I didn't have any, I had to use a nose lubricant so it would stop cracking and bleeding.
All sorts of little things you don't realize hair does! Even my earwax changed texture from having no little hairs. So weird.
