Not true. Flower can have 15-30% thc, oil has a very wide range, some 90%+ thc, some are very low thc and high Cbd.

I have been under the influence of Marijuana 99% of the time I drive since I got my license. I have never been pulled over or been in an accident. Once you have a high tolerance you have 100% control and it makes me sad that people get DUI's for it because honestly I drive better when I'm high. I'm more relaxed and less likely to get road rage or go zooming down the carpool lane
