Just to hitch on your reply, I'm not sure how open you are to requests but would you and Ray be open to making tutorial or "how-to" house related videos? Something where you guys could show the fundamentals of framing, or how to wire rooms, fixes to common household problems, plumbing, etc...

You could slap some video advertisements on it and throw it up on YouTube.
