Hi Rene! I had an amazing meal at Noma some years ago. It was my first haute cuisine restaurant and since then my passion for food has surpassed all others in life. Thanks for being such an inspiration! That fried moss really changed the way I see the world and what's edible or not. :) Now I decided to quit my job as a Software Engineer to go and study Gastronomical Sciences so I can devote my time to the things that interest me the most. Can I get your advice on which areas of gastronomy will I be able to put my IT skills to good use? Thanks a lot, all the best!
