That’s still an NSAID - same drug class as ibuprofen/Motrin; which is processed by the kidney.

You’d have to take another pain reliever that’s processed by the liver instead - ie Tylenol/acetaminophen.

If you don’t mind sharing: what was your GFR before you donated and has the level changed much now that you only have one? Thanks. :)
