For many, many reasons. I wouldn't say that is because they're simply more violent than anyone.

There's a LOT of reasons why people would be in jail. And a LOT of reasons why that could be skewed one way or another.

That explains why my fish would magically come alive in the toilet. And then swim down the thing.
