I'm an Avaya engineer on site for a large customer and I work with the local ATT engineers on facility cabling.

They have a requirement to only use hex head grounding lugs, which then have to have this nasty orange sealant put on them to act as a tamper seal. All of the techs hate the process because once they open a closet/panel they have to change them all out to be up to spec.

We're a special breed of people, especially since so many of the guys in our line of work have been around since the age of the telegraph!
