Do winning coxwains still get thrown in the water at the Olympics? If so, do all countries do so?

A couple additions: occasionally coxwains are in fours and pairs (boats with four and two rowers, respectively). Due to the extra weight per rower though, a pair with a cox is also known as hell on water.
