Not OP but also an RN who worked in an ICU that does ketamine treatments. I'm sure dosing varies between facilities but a 3-5 day continuous infusion can put pain on partial or even complete remission for 3-6 months.

The dosing is definitely high enough that patients are feeling pretty good. One patient stated "you gotta try this stuff... It's like the first time I smoked weed". I let it slip to her that I was a big Breaking Bad fan and she wrote me a handwritten dissertation about the episode "Ozymandias" haha.
