What was your life like before the implant? Is there anything specific that you can do now and discovered you really enjoy that you thought was never an option for you before?

I certainly hope so. I suffer from my own mental health issues though not as severe, but luckily I respond well to my medications with minimal side effects and none worth giving up my meds over. Finding the right meds changed my life. I'm really happy to see new treatment methods becoming available to give people a chance at getting their lives back...in some cases really being able to experience life normally for the first time. And their families as well. I hope it becomes an option for more people who need it in the near future.
