I think for the women who became feminists when it first really started it was very powerful and now that women have so many rights and equality these next generations don't really have any emotional tie to what went in to making things the way they are now. And now the feminists get called feminazis or something like that.

I remember trying to be a female in construction in the early 80's and it was very hard to be taken serious and be given any respect if they let you try at all

Why do people like you always think everyone is lying? I am a woman and when I worked out my boobs didn't disappear. Maybe you don't know as much about the body as you think you do. That guy has a pic with his boobs and he looks pretty fit otherwise.

Maybe you didn't even read the whole thing and are jumping to conclusions based on ignorance.

I see a lot of comments about you saying you want to end it. It doesn't matter if you were wrecked or suffered childhood abuse or were in a horrendous accident or blown up in war - survivors are survivors.

You share something in common and that is the ability to survive. Does that sound stupid and cliche?

I have survived some pretty crappy stuff. I am old and nothing worked out the way I wanted it too. I think about it all the time. But - and this has always been who I am inside- I will not wave the white flag. I will not be beaten. I will not throw away surviving all of the stuff I did just to give up now.

I have helped people along the way because of what I survived. Life is an elevator ride and some people never go down but a few floors and I call them sleepers. Then there are the ones that go down a bunch of floors. The ones that go down to the bottom floor. We are awake and we are the heroes and we were made tough so we can carry the message of survival to the rest.

Do not give up hope. You are valuable and have something to offer to life even if you can't see it right now. I think you are amazing. Do not let the evil people win.

My main question is do you have any ideas on why this happened? Meaning why you were attacked or who.
