Chef, what do you think of buffets? Spent some of my on the job training in one. Personally I abhor the practice.

Agree with you there, Chef. I used to go to buffets, but after working in one, I swore them off, even my favorite seafood buffet. Broke my heart everyday seeing how much food the diners waste, just because they're greedy twats (buffet where I worked didn't have a no leftover policy). Sad part is, it's becoming all the rage again.
