Before the vote on A64, there were a lot of pro-cannibis groups that were saying the bill was flawed and there was a better way to implement legal marijuana. Many even urged marijuana users to vote down the bill. Now that A64 is implemented and in effect, do you think any of those groups' fears were proven?
