It would be quite affirming and morale-boosting for a country like Pakistan, Eritrea, or Bangladesh to maintain their brightest, industrious, and ambitious to build a prosperous society they want. But they're losing those people. Is it not awesome to be one of the great founders or reformers of your native land?
