Hank, does Vidcon have a target for diversity among panelists (for example, 50% women or people of color)? Besides having a diversity panel, which was a good start, what is the team doing to make every panel more diverse?

As you've said before regarding issues of sexual harassment and abuse, the people who most need to hear these messages are probably not the ones going to the panels.
