Gaby- first off, I am a great fan of your work on TC (long time reader) and was excited to see you on the schedule for an AMA.
I am an English major and constantly trying to decide between getting an MA in Literature to teach, or getting an MFA in Creative Writing and try to pursue a writing career (maybe alongside teaching writing in universities). What path did you take to get where you are, and what do you see as a successful path for your other peers that are writers?
