If you're ever looking at automating your builds, Jenkins is the way to go. It takes some time to set everything up & you'll likely need to write some custom packaging scripts, but you can get everything to be a one-touch release without too much trouble.

I've gotten Dungeons of Dredmor & all expansions building for all platforms for Desura/HIB/Steam down to about twenty minutes & two clicks, which is so nice.

What sort of tools/sites do you use for the various development functions? I'm kinda professionally curious about what you use for build & release automation, but also what sort of project management software you guys used to collaborate.

That was super hilarious. I was worried that the show would be too chill because of the family event, but it totally worked out and was awesome!
