Can you talk about how protestors purchased and distributed protective equipment like hardhats, eye protection, and gloves, without revealing too much about their logistics? I'm trying to figure out how to get protestors in my city better protection but haven't been successful in the avenues I've tried. Thanks for doing this AMA!

I understand, and I'm sorry if I wasn't clear but I'm not looking to arm peaceful protestors with weapons, but to give them the same stuff that I see the Hong Kong protestors use: Lycra wear, hard hats, eye protection, and heat resistant gloves, so that they can safely demonstrate. I have a list of things I'd like to purchase or that I could recommend to others, but I haven't been able to find any resources on the topic of distribution. Did HK protesters buy their stuff all on their own, was it handed out in the supply lines, or are kits left at different places throughout the city? Like I said, if answering any of those questions will compromise their operations and maybe lead the police to distribution areas, then I'd rather not know.
