What advice do you have for someone looking to make a major career change? I'm currently a teacher but plan to leave education after this year and have no idea where to start.

Not specifically. I just know I want a positive, professional work culture and the ability to pursue my passions outside of work (I'm not taking work home every night). I have a degree in biology if that helps, but I don't need my career to be science related.
