This type of marketing creates artificial supply and demand. They could offer it if they wanted. But they want the consumer to keep going in and wondering what changes will happen next.

Have you ever considered taking a customer service job just to help you overcome your social phobia? When I was in my early twenties, I had pretty bad social phobias. I took a job at Blockbuster and was thrust into conversations all day long about movies. Three years later the barrier I had between me and people was lowered and I didn't have much anxiety around meeting new people anymore. Just a thought.

I would ask a lawyer before you try anything like this, even after you look up your state's laws.

And you pay them money in exchange for services and amenities. They probably don't want to see you move unless you live in a building with a wait list - so if you hint that moving might be the best option if you don't get better service requests and communication, they may act.
