Wholy crap, I love this answer! The irony at the end proves that unconventional ways seem to work best as long as you present your best self.

I used to work as an English teacher in Asia and the methods they used to teach kids didn't work. It was like pulling teeth dealing with the old admins who stayed with the status quo. I'm going to have to buy your book soon! Thanks for this!
