I worked for Marconi on their F3 desktop simulators for the RAF/Italian Air Force. My expertise was on the radar/Link16 emulation and radar/link16 cross-correlation between the two for comms back to the Link16 net.

Great days, spending all day coding and validating in the Tornado simulator in Frimley, and the odd trip to Farnborough and Warton on delivery days.

Also worked on several GR1 simulators (mainly for backseat weapons/navigation training.)
