Are you looking for proof that this was a malicious act as opposed to a negligent one? It seems that the state government knew (or should have known) that they were poisoning a poor community in what I can only assume was an attempt to remove it.

You contradict yourself. They couldn't have been indifferent unless they knew it was going on. If they knew what was going on and didn't do anything about it then they were allowing a community to die. Their inaction is criminal either with malicious or by gross negligence.

It sounds as though you don't know any of the facts behind this. And yes, my mind is made up. I've been dealing with this for over two years but hey, welcome to the party knowitall.

Mr. Conover, how do I suggest topics for your television program? Thank you in advance.

I never said it was murder. But it might be. An investigation is definitely warranted to see if it is gross negligence or malice.

A good analogy is that imagine a wife is found dead at the bottom of the stairs and the only one home is the husband of 25 years. It probably is an accident but it definitely should be investigated to be sure that it isn't murder. Imagine if the police didn't even question it?

That is what is going on with Synder. It probably is gross negligent but should be investigated to be sure.
