I've never thought of that before, I used to live in Washington State and moved a few years ago. When I went back a beer I really liked which I had recently discovered before moving was not as good. I wondered why that was.

I work in mental health too, outpatient, and I have a few heroin addicts for clients. You clearly struggle with your use. Just a couple weeks ago you posted about an overdose you had and how good you felt to be clean. (https://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/3xvynw/z/cy8a5pj).

I would strongly encourage you to seek some kind of help with another agency, maybe one that is some distance. Due to privacy laws your employers aren't going to find out. And you can take FMLA time if you need it to get clean again.

Please don't act so casual and in control of this drug. You know fine well the toll it can take on families and individuals, even among the well intentioned.
