In medicine a physical characteristic of geriatric patients is an overall reduction in the amount subcutaneous fatty tissue that occurs as people age more. It contributes to the sallow, sunken appearance sometimes attributed to the elderly. Obese, elderly patients do exist. I've had them in my ambulance. My guess is that you see less morbidly obese, elderly patients because the associated comorbidities of obesity will often kill the patient before they can become that old.

Mr. Iwasaki,
Thanks for taking the time. When preparing for performances with different orchestras how do you adapt your playing to their stylistic differences, or do you? As a Clevelander, I'm thinking of the Cleveland Orchestra's reputation for being more technical than artistic.

Out of curiosity, how is an e-bike not, um, cheating? I have seen them on local mtb trails around me. More and more parks are, rightly I think, disallowing them on trails. I'm all for more people getting outdoors and being active. I just dont think removing the physical activity part of it is entirely fair or all that beneficial.

First off, thank you for sharing your excellent images, and experiences, with us. As an amateur I have always had difficulty with candid images, especially in public. It seems like people will fixate on the camera once they notice it. How do you go about getting good candid images without becoming an intruder?
