How much control can you have about how a patient sounds afterwards?

I grew up in kuwait, but I was born in the Uk a middle eastern parents.

When I moved back to the Uk, I noticed that many muslims in London and manchester were a lot more stringent about their beliefs and a lot less tolerant than muslims back in Kuwait.

I have seen the worst of BNP in Bolton and I have also been harassed by muslims, especially when they realise I am not muslim. I am afraid a percentage of muslim immigrants do exploit the system and try to enforce their traditions and Ideologies in a country that does not want or need them.

Pegida are a natural reaction to this. Again however, I feel it is a large number of people who want to do it peacefully and cerebrally, but the media focus on a small violent minority.

I've wondered about this

If you fuck up your back in the military, but don't tell anyone because you are afraid it would hurt your career, and then it gets wors and now you have an accident that absolutely ends your career, you would look like an idiot.

If that second accident causes you to hurt someone else, it would be seen as reckless endangerment.
