TBH I read your post and was wondering how the hell you're still afloat if you've only had what, 6 months trading vs 18 months of bills... how long do you think it'll take you to recover from covid if the current predictions for opening back up hold true?

Do you work 24/7 shifts or just regular office hours? Are the swabs refrigerated when they're received, or could a batch delivered before say a bank holiday weekend potentially exceed the recommended timespan (4 days I think I read?) for ambient storage?
