What is your stance on CISPA? Do Democrats need to take a firmer stance on this issue?

How do you feel about the criticisms that Snowden faced for leaking unnecessary documents--documents that were argued to have little to do with violations of constitutional rights or injustices against allied countries but instead only served to reveal NSA operations which are legal in terms of 21st century international politics?
