Could you tell us about the origins of the Jerky Boys? Were you and Johnny friends before the act, and if so how long was pranking people happening before you made the decision to start recording and marketing your work? Also, do you credit caller ID with the death of the prank phone call? It is certainly a lost art. Thanks so much!
