I'm not Doyle Rice, but no.

An "average" hurricane (assuming a radius of 665 km, category 3, dropping 1.5 cm rain/day), has a system energy of ~5.2 x 1019 joules.

The largest nuclear weapon detonated by the U.S., Castle Bravo had an energy output of 6.3 x 1015 joules, 4 orders of magnitude less than a regular hurricane.

Plus every nuclear weapon fired into a hurricane would only "feed" it by adding energy and water vapor to the system, making it stronger. Not to mention all the wonderful radiation and killing all the people in the blast radius.

Anyone who suggests nuking a hurricane is a complete moron.

Do you inadvertently keep to the boys/girls restroom? Or do you use the (opposite gender of yours) room just because you can?
