I would love to hear about what moments stuck out to you in your journey so far? Or anything you experienced that you would recommend for many of us?

First of, I just want to say that you are an inspiration. I'm a young girl currently working as a Chef. I've made some really great strides in the last year and because I'm working I've decided to take a hiatus from Culinary school. All of the people I look up to have negatives reviews about the value of having a degree in this field. Do you have an opinion on that? Also! What is your favorite comfort food?
