How to be a Small Time Criminal 101:

Buy something at Walmart. Take it home. Come back to the store with the receipt. Pick up another one of the same item off the shelf. Wander around. Ask an employee where the returns department is. Go there and return the item for a refund. Good for 1 return per store per month. Don't get greedy, do it with smaller items with no serial #s. Works in all big stores.
