I care as a (half) white liberal because denigrating one race or group makes it easier to denigrate every other one. And there are lots of problems in every community but as an outsider, what can I really do to help? The Redskins fight is one in which my voice is actually appropriate as a sports fan. It's less a fight on behalf of Native Americans as it is a fight against white racism, for me anyway.

It probably depends on what you're comfortable with on the ground. If you wouldn't want to sit outside for more than 10 minutes because it's too cold - no matter where you are - it's probably too cold for you to jump.

That said, /u/jerryk414 - on your first jump you probably won't notice the temperature no matter what it is!
