There have been a lot of articles lately about Nicolas Cage's method acting in "becoming" Ghost Rider. Can you further explain what that was like from your observations in working with him?

Was there anything over-the-top he wanted to do with the performance that you asked him to cut?

Just saw you guys at Forecastle, and you were awesome! I first really want to thank you for writing "Out of the Woods." My fiance and I made it our first dance for our wedding at the end of August. :)

Here is my question: Were there any challenges coming back together to make music after such a long hiatus? Did you guys just start playing like you had no time off, or was it hard to get back into the swing of things?
