Other than replacing the whole interior, the next best thing is to use an Ozone generator, put it in a sealed car for 2 hours, turn it on and the smell is gone, not just hidden, gone. My sister in law brought a car last month that stunk of cigarettes, now you wouldn't even know it was smoked in.

Which pharmaceutical medication do you find helps? How many are you taking or is it purely natural ingredients like the hemp oil?

Genuine question. When you're writing or typing. Does your Tourettes affect how you write?. Like if you're writing something, do you get the urge to put something unrelated to what your writing down? I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not the best at explaining myself :(.
