If a cascadia subduction zone quake occurred, would there be a correlated rise in volcanic activity? Would the topology of the (non-volcanic) Cascade range change in any way?

Ahh thanks. I didn't say it very well, but I was thinking more skiing the lines of long term impacts on the Cascade range than immediate impacts. Like if the oceanic plate is slipping under the Continental plate, then wouldn't the mountains be growing? I guess one slip is just a blip on the radar in the long term
