Violence domestically. By either end of the spectrum. i can foresee a scenario where if Trump is impeached/forced out of office that his supporters react violently. I can also see if he refuses to cooperate and attempts to retain power in contempt of legal process that anti-Trump factions may react violently.

What's your thoughts on Spacex's colonization plans for Mars? Do you see any major problems with ISRU for methane production and fuel storage? And where do you see immediate growth in human presence in space the next 15 years.
Also, do you believe that if the Mueller investigation uncovers serious misconduct by the Trump campaign and given his praise of Putin and Erdogan, that an attempt to bring him to justice in light of proof of wrongdoing that violence is a probable outcome?

I haven’t heard mention of brane theory in a while. Is there any current discussion on parallel dimensions and potential effects of them interacting?
Any theoretical limit on the distance of entanglement of atoms and is there any current research on any loopholes that could be developed to use to communicate using entanglement?

ER nurse for 18 yrs and charge nurse for most of those. We don’t go on divert for fun, we do it because it’s actually dangerous if we don’t sometimes. There are a limited number of resources available and if we are overwhelmed by resource-intensive patients, we can not adequately care for more. We did a comprehensive financial analysis of the cost associated with divert, and it averaged about $10,000 per hour of lost revenue to the hospital while on divert. We are under enormous pressure to be off of divert as much as is possible. Our system will automatically change status from divert to clear every 2 hours unless updated so that we are forced to re-evaluate the need for divert regularly. Despite divert our front doors are always open and we have no control over who walks in, ER’s are not bottomless pits of resources, and divert is sometimes the only way to attempt to manage how much more can come in.
A much bigger issue isn’t efficiency of the ED, as I promise we are all breaking our backs attempting to improve throughput, it’s the enormous resource drain of mental health patients and how it effects the available rooms in the ED. In any given time our census is 35-40% psych related, with many patients on legal holds stuck in the ED for literally days to weeks on end. Health systems don’t like building dedicated psych facilities because it loses so much money. So ERs end up as the dumping ground because people have no where else to go. That and tremendous abuse of ERs by frequent flyers, homeless seeking shelter, and inappropriate visits from poorly thought out nursing home policies. If you could improve mental health access alone it would go miles towards limiting the hours spent on divert.
